Stack dryer / drying rack, size 100 x 140 cm, 25 / 50 tiers. Professional stack dryer in the size of 100 x 140 cm. Stack dryer model IV, with 25 / 50 tiers. Professional stack dryer on large, sturdy wheels. Ideal for schools, workshops, screen printing companies, etc. The welded grids of the drying rack consist of round 3 mm thick crossbars spaced 75 mm apart. The 4 mm thick longitudinal bars spaced 200 mm apart provide high stability for our stack dryers / drying racks. This ensures easy insertion and sliding of the printed materials. All our stack dryers have a consistent opening angle of 45° for all tiers. Locking bars prevent inserted sheets from slipping. The spacers are made of steel. Swivel-mounted running wheels with roller bearings (up to 80 °C) allow for good running and turning characteristics of the fully loaded stack dryer. When used in curing ovens, we supply all drying tiers (for an additional charge) with heat-resistant wheels up to a maximum of 180 °C, and if needed, also with different track widths.
