Product details

Fully versatile slicer with exact guides for perfect results. 220 mm (8.66 in.) knife, hard-chromium plated, sharpened to smoothness. Quiet and powerful 120 W induction motor for slicing and cutting "Bündnerfleisch" or frozen foods. Quick removal of carriage and of knife guard for simple cleaning. Integrated sharpening system guarantees optimum knife sharpness in no time. Adjustable thickness of slices, 0 – 12 mm (0.0472 in.).
