Hazardous goods carton, single and double-walled. The robust hazardous goods cartons are designed for maximum safety, high loads, and requirements during transport.

• Type-tested carton: with UN and DOT markings, approved according to 4GV. For the transport of dangerous goods according to the regulations of the IMDG Code (maritime transport), ICAO-TI (air transport), RID (rail transport), ADR (road transport).
• Adhesion: moisture-resistant.
• Outer cover: water-repellent coated.
• For gross weights of up to 85 kg. Packaging group I = very dangerous substances, II = substances of medium danger, III = substances of lower danger.

The closure regulations must be strictly adhered to, as they are part of the approval:
1. The bottom and top flaps must be closed using a slot closure with a 75 mm wide, fiber-reinforced plastic adhesive tape (filament tape).
2. The bottom and top flaps must be closed using a double-L closure, also with fiber-reinforced plastic adhesive tape (filament tape).
3. Additionally, the package must be strapped crosswise four times with a plastic strap (PP strapping tape) that is at least 11.5 mm wide.

Use as outer packaging without additional drop tests according to the specifications of the approval certificate. Design: single-walled. Max. gross weight for packaging group I = 5 kg, packaging group II = 8 kg, packaging group III = 8 kg when used as 4GV packaging = 3 kg.
