Timemaster Time Recording WEB Starter Set "PC/Mac
Product details
The basic module includes not only the personnel master data for entering a range of employee information, such as employee number, date of birth, and start date, but also the time balance list as a central element of the evaluation. When displaying the time balance list on the screen, the assessment of time bookings can be immediately verified through the time models. Additionally, the basic module contains the following functions and evaluations: personnel master data, time balance list (the central evaluation point), anomaly protocol (informs about forgotten bookings, for example), time account list (time account management with correction options), absence planner (planning and management), monthly calendar, annual calendar, absence list, vacation list, holiday list (an overview of all relevant holidays for your state or company), absence evaluation, contracts, parameters, weekly and daily time models, configuration analysis, vacation entitlement definitions, freely definable absence reasons, and holiday management.
Self-service for employees: The employee web module offers the possibility to appoint employees as users of the system and assign them rights. Upon request, each employee receives their own login credentials for Timemaster and can, for example, make and view their own time bookings. Personal vacation and time account information is also available. This brings more transparency for employees and reduces inquiries to the HR department. A helpful feature that benefits all employees and saves costs.
This starter set provides an easy entry into Timemaster and can be individually expanded with additional data terminals and software modules as needed, thanks to its modular concept. This way, you will be flexible in the future.
