The recording of working hours is done at the recording terminal by employees contactlessly at a distance of about 1-2 cm using the provided transponders as key fobs (time cards). If employees wish to make additional inquiries at the recording terminal regarding their respective time bookings, time account balances, or vacation data, an optional Pro module as a software extension is required. The basic module (consisting of a main license and an extension license for 10 employees) includes all essential basic functions for employee management and working time calculation. Predefined absence reasons are also taken into account in the time recording system for downtimes such as illness, short-time work, business trips, vocational school, home office, etc. Individual absence reasons can be freely defined if needed. Through the integrated holiday management, predefined holidays can be adopted and used in the system. Here, individually desired holidays (e.g., Carnival or Fasching) as well as country-specific holidays (for example, in Austria and Switzerland) can also be added. This starter set for time recording can be expanded at any time with hardware (e.g., recording terminals) and software (e.g., employee web module for time bookings and inquiries online by employees at their workplace and an app module for mobile recording and inquiries via smartphone) thanks to Timemaster's modular concept, and can also be adapted to future individual needs.
