Tesaband 4688 PE-extruded standard fabric adhesive tape is made of a 55 mesh PET non-woven fabric and a natural rubber adhesive. This typical repair tape can be used in a variety of applications and has very good processing properties. It features high adhesive strength, even on rough surfaces, and is water and aging resistant. The tape is stiff yet flexible.

It is easily tearable by hand and easy to unroll. The product is certified by Areva according to the requirements of Siemens AG, standard TLV 9027/01/06 for nuclear power plants, with a total halogen content of less than 1000 ppm and a total sulfur content of less than 1000 ppm.

Main applications include marking, covering, packaging, protecting, securing, sealing boxes and cans, bonding construction films, bundling cables, splicing films, and marking parts during maintenance work in nuclear power plants.
