The Tenda AC8 is a dual-band Gigabit WLAN router designed specifically for families with a fiber connection. Equipped with 4x Gigabit ports, it provides full access to up to 1000 Mbps bandwidth. Thanks to dual-band speeds of 1167 Mbps, the AC8 even takes full advantage of fiber connections. For strong performance, a 28nm 1 GHz CPU has been built into the AC8. The dual-band technology connects both the 2.4 GHz band and the 5 GHz band under one WLAN network (SSID). The 5 GHz band is prioritized to ensure the fastest possible speed. The newly developed 6 dBi antennas are ideally suited for small to medium-sized households. The AC8 also supports automatic transmission of broadband accounts and other functions.
