The Televes CSS Crimp splice protection is a high-quality accessory for fiber optic fusion splicing technology, specifically designed to optimally protect splice connections. With a robust construction, this splice protection provides mechanical protection for fusion splices and ensures the integrity of the connections. The CSS is suitable for fibers with an outer diameter of 250 µm (including primary coating) and is made from a permanently elastic material that effectively prevents damage at the splice point. The resealable blister packaging allows for convenient handling and storage. The packaging unit includes 150 pieces, arranged in five strips of 30 splice protection elements each. The crimp splice protection is approved according to the requirements of Deutsche Telekom (TS 0338/96), underscoring its reliability and quality.
