The DIGIPAL T2 DVR is a receiver for receiving DVB-T2 HD, Germany's new antenna television with programs in HD quality. In addition to the free public broadcasters, you can also receive the encrypted programs of private channels. The DIGIPAL T2 DVR focuses on high user comfort and a wide range of functions, similar to its sibling model DIGIPAL T2 HD, and additionally offers a 7-segment display as well as a recording function to USB storage devices.

TechniSat ist mit zwei Geräten in diesem Test vertreten. Der Digipal T2 DVR im silbernen Plastikgehäuse nutzt allerdings viele Tasten der hochwertigen Fernbedienung nicht. Er beherrscht weder HbbTV noch kann er Internet-Videos streamen. Man kann aber sehr einfach eine gut sortierbare Favoritenliste ohne Streams anlegen...
