Pipe adhesive for bonding thermoplastic pressure pipe systems made of rigid PVC.
Solvent-based adhesive based on methyl ethyl ketone and cyclohexanone for bonding thermoplastic pressure pipe systems (up to 40°C) and pressureless PVC-U pipe systems. Especially suitable for gutters, pipes, and fittings made of PVC-U. It is appropriate for pressure applications up to PN10 and approved for drinking water applications. The adhesive has a long open time of 4 minutes and is easy to apply for dimensions up to DN80. It offers simple and clean handling, with great safety due to excellent gap bridging. It complies with DIN EN 14814 and DIN EN 14680, as well as EN 1329 for unpressurized water drainage in plastic pipe systems. Certified by the testing institute Technologiezentrum Wasser Karlsruhe (TZW).
