In 1998, the Suzuki Hayabusa 1300 was introduced. Its impressive specifications: 175 hp, 141 Nm of torque, and a braking weight of 215 kg exceeded all performance expectations. A water-cooled 1299 cm³ inline-four engine with 4 DOHC valves is mounted in an aluminum twin-spar frame.
