Tamiya Kawanshi Shiden

The stand model is a replica of the Kawanashi Shiden Type 11. The Japanese Navy developed from the seaplane Kawanashi N1k1 and had a unique lineage among long-range fighter aircraft of World War II. In January 1942, Kawanishi Aircraft began adapting the aircraft. This project was soon officially approved under the designation N1k1-J, with the prototype flying in December 1942. The TAMIYA model kit version impresses with its accuracy and attention to detail.
