The stand model is a replica of the Douglas A1-H Skyraider. The AD-6 developed version of the aircraft had to be renamed A-1H in 1962. The Skyraider A-1H was known for its durability and large capacity for additional storage, making it very popular among crew members and pilots. The TAMIYA model kit version impresses with a high level of fit and detail accuracy.
