Product Name: 1:48 British M10 IIC Achilles Tank Destroyer

The model is a replica of the British M10 IIC Achilles tank destroyer. The M10 was based on the famous M4 Sherman tank but featured lighter and more sloped armor, allowing the M10 to achieve higher speeds. The British replaced the original US 3-inch gun with their own powerful 17-pounder on over 1,000 M10s and renamed it IIC or sometimes "Achilles." While a muzzle brake had to be fitted to the vehicle for the new gun, other modifications were limited to thicker front and side armor as well as a turret shield.
