The model is a replica of the ISU-152. The ISU-152 was referred to as Zveroboy ("Beast Killer") during World War II. The 152-mm howitzer gun ML-20S from 1937/43 fired 44 kg projectiles with 6 kg of TNT. A shot from such a shell could easily destroy a German Tiger or Panther tank or demolish an average-sized building or pillbox during urban combat.
