The model is a replica of the Calsonic Skyline Nissan GT-R R34. It represents a significant advancement derived from the unparalleled Nissan Skyline GT-R of the Japanese touring car races of the 1970s. The R34 was built more compactly compared to the R33 released in 1995 and featured a narrower wheelbase, making it compatible with the new chassis model. With the exception of the roof, the body was entirely made of carbon fiber and equipped with a large, curved wing at the rear – just one example of its aerodynamic and stylish design. The latest version of the Skyline GT-R, the R34, promises to add further GT championship titles to Nissan's illustrious racing history.
