Synology MailPlus includes 5 free email accounts. You can add more accounts as needed by purchasing additional licenses. We offer two types of license packages based on your needs: 5 or 20 email accounts, both with unlimited validity. The included licenses can only be used for one Synology NAS and cannot be transferred to another Synology NAS after activation. Additionally, email aliases do not count as email accounts and therefore do not require a license for use.

The activated licenses remain valid indefinitely, unless the registered Synology NAS fails.
