Established in 1934 as the first manufacturer of wrapping paper in Switzerland, it introduced the first visibility strip bag for packaging fresh bread in 1971 and the first metallized paper in 1984. In the 1990s, the product range was divided into various lines, including eco-friendly wrapping paper and a dedicated design studio in Wolhusen, following economic and social trends. Today, the company prints around 40 million meters of wrapping paper each year, has a special collection of napkins, and exports to over 40 countries worldwide.
