Founded in 1934 as the first manufacturer of gift wrap in Switzerland, it introduced the first visibility strip bag for packaging fresh bread in 1971 and the first metallized paper in 1984. In the 1990s, the company adapted to economic and social trends by dividing its product range into different lines, offering eco-friendly gift wrap, and establishing its own design studio in Wolhusen. Today, the company prints around 40 million meters of gift wrap each year, has a unique collection of napkins, and exports to over 40 countries worldwide.
