The light is automatically turned on and off. Highly innovative sensors respond to movements and lighting conditions, switching the light on without delay and off after a set time. The 360° ultrasonic hallway sensor with a secure range of 20 meters is the perfect solution for ceiling mounting at heights of 2.5 to 3.5 meters in corridors, hallways, and passageways.

The Dual US Hallway in the COM1 connection variant is equipped with an interface for turning the light on and off based on presence and ambient brightness. Thanks to temperature-independent ultrasonic sensor technology, the Dual US Hallway detects even the slightest movements within 3 x 20 meters. The range can be electronically adjusted to actual conditions.

What makes the ultrasonic sensor technology special: Objects present in a room are clearly recognized using ultrasound. The objects are surrounded by the waves but not penetrated – not even walls. Therefore, movements in adjacent rooms and offices do not lead to unwanted light switching in the hallway. However, movements behind objects located in the room are registered.
