With the USB over Cat 5/Cat6 Extender USB2001EXT2, you can extend the range of USB 2.0 connections over standard Cat 5 or Cat 6 Ethernet cables up to 100 meters.
The extender is backward compatible with USB 1.x devices, allowing USB devices of any kind to be placed far from the host computer system.
The USB extender offers a data bandwidth of up to 480 Mbps and requires no software installation, making it a fast, easy, and versatile solution for business and industrial applications. It features a durable metal housing, a mounting kit for surface installation, and simple plug-and-play setup.
The extender provides power of up to 500 mA (when using an external power adapter at the remote end) for greater compatibility with bus-powered USB devices.
