The detector features two separate sensors that operate independently within one alarm to quickly detect both dangers. A photoelectric smoke detection technology identifies all types of fires, including slow smoldering fires. The electrochemical sensor technology detects the carbon monoxide levels in the surrounding air. Separate acoustic alerts indicate the presence of smoke or CO with an alarm sound of 85 dB. The detector is suitable for use in bedrooms, living areas, and hallways.

This smoke and carbon monoxide detector includes a built-in lithium battery that can last for 10 years and is non-removable. This prevents unwanted tampering and ensures that your alarm is always activated. The detector has an alarm mute function. You can silence the acoustic signal for a minimum of 5 minutes up to a maximum of 15 minutes. After that, the device automatically resets and returns to normal operating mode. If there are still combustion particles in the air or if the CO concentration exceeds 45 ppm, the device will switch back to alarm mode.
