SIMATIC S7 PID Professional for TIA Portal, Floating License from V11, Runtime Single License, without software and documentation. License key on USB stick, Class A, requires STEP 7 Professional (TIA Portal). Reference hardware: S7-300/400/WinAC. PID Professional (TIA Portal) enables easy integration of continuous PID controllers, pulse controllers, and step controllers into the user program. It is used for implementing simple to highly complex PID controllers. By interconnecting the supplied standard function blocks, almost any control structure based on a SIMATIC S7-300 (from CPU 313), S7-400, and WinAC can be realized. The software is already included in STEP 7 Professional (TIA Portal from V13). Only licenses for engineering and operation of the blocks are required. Note: PID Professional is not needed for SIMATIC S7-1200 and S7-1500, as seamlessly integrated control technology objects are already available according to the Technology Integrated concept. STEP 7 Professional in the TIA Portal is available as a DVD or download version, can be supplemented with various option packages, such as for safety applications, and can thus be tailored precisely to your requirements.
