To be suitable for use on an induction hob, cookware must have a straight and flat base and be made of a conductive magnetisable metal - stainless steel, enamel or cast iron. Cookware made of ceramic, glass, aluminium, porcelain or copper will not work on an induction hob. The induction hob has a temperature regulation from 60 to 240 degrees Celsius.
