The Acti9 iC40N ARC is an AFDD (Arc Fault Detection Device) designed to detect arc faults in combination with a circuit breaker. It features 1P+N, a rated current of 10A, and a B-characteristic. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity reaches up to 6000A at 230VAC according to EN/IEC 60898-1 and 10kA at 230VAC according to EN/IEC 60947-2. This AFDD, when combined with the circuit breaker, protects circuits against short circuits, overload currents, and fire hazards caused by arc faults. The integrated spring mechanism enhances the device's lifespan. The two unique VisiTrip indicators of the Acti9 iArc reduce intervention time by displaying the tripped circuit and quickly identifying the type of fault. The electrical lifespan is up to 10,000 operations, and the mechanical lifespan is up to 20,000 operations. The rated insulation voltage Ui is 250VAC. It has a pollution degree of 2 (according to EN/IEC 60898-1). The product can be mounted on a DIN rail and has a width of 2 TE. Its color is white (RAL9003).
