The Schneider Electric A9Z64440 is an all-current-sensitive residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) designed for use in electrical installations. With a rated current of 40 A and a rated residual current of 300 mA, this 4-pole switch provides reliable protection against residual currents caused by various electrical disturbances. The Type B-SI is particularly suitable for applications that exhibit smooth DC residual currents, such as those generated by frequency converters or inverters. The switch operates at a supply voltage of 400 V AC and is suitable for use in 1- or 3-phase supply networks. Safety features include a mechanical fault indication (VisiTrip) and a safe contact indication (VisiSafe), which provide clear feedback on the device's status. The A9Z64440 complies with relevant standards and offers easy installation as well as the option to connect additional auxiliary modules.
