Salewa Alptrek 55

The Alptrek 55+10 is a comfortable trekking backpack made from lightweight, highly abrasion-resistant nylon, featuring a fully adjustable carrying system and a capacity of 55 liters, designed for long-distance hikes and trekking. If you need to carry more gear, you can add an additional ten liters through the height-adjustable, removable lid compartment, which also serves as a separate carrying bag. Our easily adjustable Dry Back Custom carrying system includes an adjustable back length, anatomically shaped padded shoulder straps, and a hip belt for a personalized fit. Additionally, load lifters ensure optimal back positioning on long treks, while the pre-shaped hip fins provide a secure fit and effective load transfer to the hips. Large storage compartments offer ample space for spare clothing or tent poles, and the main compartment has dual access - from the front and the top - for quick and easy access to all your gear. It features a hydration system outlet, ice axe/trekking pole attachment, rope attachment, load control, and side compression straps. This backpack is also compatible with the Salewa bottle holder. Additional features include a rain cover, a practical removable elastic band for securing extra gear, and lower attachment straps for a sleeping mat.
