Product details
The Alp Trainer 35+3 is Salewa's technical alpine hiking backpack designed for two- or three-day tours. It features the new Dry Back Air carrying system, which has been specifically developed for a dry back. The contact area of the backpack on the back is thus 25% smaller than previous carrying systems, reducing body contact without compromising load control. Its built-in ventilation system with breathable materials enhances air circulation on the back, noticeably reducing the temperature between the body and the backpack by 1.6 °C after just 15 minutes. The lightweight, split shoulder straps also minimize body contact for faster moisture transport, increased comfort, improved air circulation, and freedom of movement. Additionally, the Twin Compression System (TCS) allows for easy compression of the backpack with one hand, keeping the load close to the body and preventing tripping during fast activities. The volume of the backpack can also be quickly and easily adjusted for lighter loads. Salewa has equipped the Alp Trainer with all the essential features while eliminating unnecessary extras: it includes easily accessible mesh side pockets, a rain cover, a separate bottom compartment, and attachment options for trekking poles.
