The demand for Wi-Fi capacity in office buildings, classrooms, and retail stores is rapidly increasing due to the rise of Wi-Fi-connected devices, non-Wi-Fi IoT devices, and bandwidth-intensive applications. The R650 Access Point (AP) with the latest Wi-Fi 6 technology (802.11 ax) offers higher capacity, improved coverage, and performance in dense environments. The R650 is a mid-range dual-band dual-concurrent AP that supports six spatial streams (4x4: 4 in 5 GHz, 2x2: 2 in 2.4 GHz). The R650 supports peak data rates of up to 2974 Mbps and efficiently manages up to 512 client connections. Additionally, 2.5-GbE Ethernet ensures that the backhaul is not a bottleneck for fully utilizing the available Wi-Fi capacity.
