The particularly high number of pleats in the filter medium (15 pleats per 300 mm) ensures excellent service life. The medium itself is a blend of cotton and polyester with 100% mechanical filtration properties, high elevation, and a weight that ranks among the best filters on the market. These filter panels are constructed by bonding the cotton/polyester pleat packs to an AquaKote® frame. AquaKote® offers superior tear resistance in wet conditions and excellent tear strength in dry conditions. Additionally, it is made from renewable materials.
