With a 3-meter long power cord, the gyros knife provides ample freedom of movement while cutting at the döner grill. The knife allows you to adjust slice thickness from 0 to 8 mm using a rotary knob. Thanks to a motor power of 80 W and a speed of 3,000 RPM, the döner cutter can separate up to 60 kg/h of meat from the rotisserie.

Included in the package are both a smooth and a serrated blade: the smooth blade is perfect for chicken meat, while the serrated knife easily cuts through classic döner meat like lamb or veal. The rotating blades of the kebab cutter are made from durable and neutral-tasting stainless steel, meeting even the strictest hygiene standards.
