The various interchangeable plates can be freely combined, allowing for flexibility in the selection and combination of grilling surfaces. Whether on the two high-quality coated reversible plates (one side ribbed, the other smooth) or on the natural stone – there is something for every taste. Grilling directly on the granite slab provides exceptional results, whether for meat, fish, or vegetables, as this material is scratch- and cut-resistant. The surrounding drip tray collects excess fat or liquids, enabling low-fat grilling. The two aluminum die-cast grill plates can be used on both sides. Whether grilling with typical grill stripes or in Teppanyaki style on a smooth plate – everything is possible. The 8 non-stick pans can be used, depending on preference, as raclette pans for cheese or for baking delicious snacks and side dishes.
