Roline Network cable

Category 8, the standard for the next generation of twisted-pair cabling, enables data transmission speeds up to four times faster over the same cable type and supports 25GBase-T and 40GBase-T applications for short distances (up to 30 meters) for connections between switches and servers, primarily in top-of-rack or end-of-row topologies. Category 8 cables are halogen-free and flame-retardant (LSOH) and are GHMT certified for quality and performance. These twisted-pair installation cables are designed for structured building cabling and are suitable for use in 40-Gigabit Ethernet networks, particularly in data centers. They feature a double-shielded (PiMF) construction with a specification of Cat.8.1, suitable for 10 to 40 GBit/s. The impedance value is 100 Ohms, with a construction of 8 solid copper wires, pair shielding in aluminum-laminated foil, and an overall shielding of tinned copper braid.
