Ritter Slicer piatto 5 Duo Plus Silver

The piatto5 Duo Plus is a manual slicer designed to be operated solely by muscle power. The stable and smooth hand crank features a particularly high-quality handle made of beech wood (sourced from Germany, FSC certified) and is operated with the right hand, while the food carriage, including the food to be sliced, is guided on the left. A light push and minimal pressure are sufficient to achieve precise slicing results comparable to those of an electric device. The slice thickness can be adjusted steplessly up to approximately 20 mm.
