The test victory of the serano 7 slicer in the House & Garden Test proves that the angled full metal construction guarantees the best slicing results, especially for thin slices. The device is equipped with a 17 cm Ø serrated blade that is extensively covered and is quietly powered by a 130-watt DC motor. Slices can be cut from paper-thin to approximately 23 mm. For added convenience and safety, it features a continuous and momentary switch. With the Vario electronics, the blade speed can be adjusted to the respective food being sliced to achieve optimal cutting results. The lightweight sliding carriage is securely guided and can be removed if necessary.
