The angled full metal design of the Serano8 food slicer guarantees excellent slicing results, especially for thin slices.

The device is equipped with a 17 cm Ø serrated knife, which is extensively covered, and is quietly powered by a 130-watt DC motor. It can slice from paper-thin to approximately 23 mm.

For added convenience and safety, it features a continuous and momentary switch. With the variable electronics, the knife speed can be adjusted to the specific food being sliced, achieving optimal slicing results.
