In addition to its award-winning design, the slicer also impresses with its functionality, as demonstrated by the results of the ETM Testmagazin (09/2010). With thoughtful technical details, the Contura 3 achieved first place with a rating of "very good." This elegant piece, available in silver and black, also showcases technical sophistication. The 25-degree incline of the platform ensures an optimal cutting position. The cut thickness can be precisely adjusted from paper-thin to approximately 23 mm. With the large sliding carriage, which can also be unlocked and removed if needed, there are virtually no limits to the size of the food being sliced. The large covered serrated knife also supports achieving the perfect cut.
