Revell Northsea Fishing Trawler

From Newfoundland to Norway, the European fishing fleet operates around the clock, battling the elements and the relentless sea. During a three-week fishing trip, the trawler spends about one week actually fishing, while the remaining two weeks are used for traveling to and from the fishing grounds. This type of trawler is equipped with electronic gear such as navigation aids, sonar, and an automatic fish school reporting system that indicates the density of fish populations. Trawlers of this type deploy their trawl nets on the starboard side. The crew consists of 19 men.
