Revell Kpfw. V Pamther Ausf. G

The variant G was the most produced version of the Pzkpfw V Panther and replaced the variant A in production in 1944. The chassis was designed to be more cost-effective, and further improvements were continuously integrated into production. Vehicles of the final version featured, among other things, a modified engine deck and a redesigned roller cover. With its 7.5 cm Kampfwagenkanone 42L/70 and armor-deflecting shapes, the Panther proved to be a formidable opponent. The V-12-cylinder Maybach HL 230P30 gasoline engine with a maximum output of 700 hp allowed the 44,800 kg heavy Panther Ausf. G to reach a top speed of up to 55 km/h. The crew consisted of five men. Fine surface structures, injection-molded tracks, and a detailed box-type suspension are included. All parts for an early and a late version are provided. The turret is rotatable.
