The U-Boat Molch (Type XXVI) was a German submarine developed during the final years of World War II, starting in 1944. It was designed as a type of special submarine intended for surveillance and special missions. Although it was never produced or deployed on a larger scale, the Molch represents the advanced technical ideas and developments pursued towards the end of the war.
