ModelFan Model of the Year 2019. A model replica of the Antonov An-225. With a length of 84 meters, it is not only the largest airplane in the world but also the only one with six engines. Originally developed for the transport of the Soviet space shuttle Buran, the only aircraft of this type now carries heavy loads around the globe. It currently holds the record for the highest total cargo transported by air (247 tons) as well as the heaviest single cargo piece (190 tons). Total takeoff weight: 605 tons.
