Renkforce IP Ethernet via 2-wire with PoE
Network AccessoriesMore than 10 pieces in stock at third-party supplier
Product details
The range of an Ethernet network is fundamentally 100 meters, which also limits the maximum length of a network cable. However, there may be instances where you need to install a camera at a greater distance. This network extender increases the range to up to 300 meters and achieves speeds of up to 100 MBit/s. It is perfectly suited for cost-effective IP camera installations. Through a splitter, you can connect up to four slave adapters and operate your cameras. This technology is open to all protocols, codes, and applications to ensure compatibility for IP cameras and the associated management software. Additionally, the extender is plug-and-play capable. No IP address or network configuration is required for installation.
With the PoE (Power over Ethernet) function, both network and power signals can be transmitted over the 2-wire line. This is particularly useful when there is no power outlet near the receiver and the connected device, as you can still supply power to them.
If you want to connect additional devices to the network extender, you can save yourself the hassle of purchasing a complete system again. With a terminal block splitter, you can easily connect more receivers to the existing network and power signal, saving you both costs and effort. The transmitter and receiver are compatible with all CAT 5, CAT 5e, CAT 6, CAT 6e, and CAT 7 network cables, as well as 2-wire lines.
