The detection works through high-frequency technology, even through doors, glass panes, or thin walls. It is ideal for monitoring your entrance area or stairwell. High-frequency detectors emit an imperceptible signal and respond independently of temperature to changes in the echo image caused by movement. With its wide detection range, almost instantaneous response, and an adjustable range from 1 m to 15 m, it is suitable for challenging spatial situations. You can connect a light to the output of the motion detector, which will automatically turn on the light when movement is detected. The duration of the light activation can be set individually. The motion detector can penetrate plastics, wood, glass, and masonry (up to 30 cm).
