The Gigabit switch is used for wired networking of computers or other suitable devices. It provides 16 twisted-pair ports (RJ45). The Gigabit switch supports Energy Efficient Ethernet. It detects the length of the connected data cables and automatically adjusts the signal strength for energy-saving purposes. It can be mounted in 19-inch server racks or placed on stand feet. The power supply is provided via the included power adapter.
