An excellent sounding speaker and a feast for the eyes in any living room
I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. These quite compact floor-standing speakers fit extremely well in the living room and look very elegant, unobtrusive and high quality. The sound is fantastic, crystal clear highs and very balanced and neutral mids and for the small size of the speakers amazingly potent, impulsive bass that you can really feel physically at slightly higher volumes. The music seems to float in the room and the localisation of the individual instruments is excellent. It's fun to listen to music with these speakers.
I also use the speakers together with the TV, so even speech sounds extremely natural and the sounds very detailed, a real benefit for any programme, even for the news. Only when listening to very loud rock music is the deepest bass foundation somewhat lacking (but I never listen to music that loud anyway, my ears can't take it). If you want to use the speakers as surround speakers for action movies, then you probably need to add a subwoofer, but for pure music enjoyment this is completely unnecessary (possibly even counterproductive).Pro

A real pleasure! I use them in stereo, the sound is very balanced and the highs are pleasant. I've been using them for a while now, but I'm not sure if I'm going to use them in a movie theater or for the big bass fans...

I am perfectly happy. I am not an Audiophile. That being said, I love the sound quality. I have them set up as front speakers in a 5.1 configuration and I am happy.
For 499.- this was a brilliant bargain!
Very elegant, well made, bass could be a little stronger, but very natural sound.
Together with the Marantz 510 for relatively little money, great music experience with the whole CD collection.Pro
