I can recommend, even if small things in comparison with the old device no longer so convincing.
The device works perfectly and the brush is very pleasant. Compared to our last model (also from Philips), the new one looks chic, but is slippery because the rubber surface in the back is missing. In addition, in this double pack, both the handsets and the brushes are identical, which is very disadvantageous if you value your personal brush (especially when charging or traveling, there is a "risk of confusion").
One of the two travel cases does not close at all and again, this one is less good compared to the old one.
Is there really a need for different brushes for the different functions or is this just an excuse to pull more money out of the customers' pockets?That's all it takes, just buy with warranty extension

We already had the 6100 series at home. We are used to this product and believe it is one of the best. If you absolutely need an app and Bluetooth with your toothbrush, you can also buy the 9000 series, but it doesn't clean any better.
Unfortunately, these sonic toothbrushes have a limited shelf life. With a little manual dexterity, you can delay their premature death. But still: with 2 handpieces in a household of 4 people, where everyone brushes their teeth regularly, no sonic toothbrush has ever lasted longer than 3 years. First the vibration decreases, then the brush gets louder and louder. You can open it and turn a few screws and it works again for a few months, but after opening it 3-4 times, the brush is no longer tight and dies.Pro

Device convinced, but still has potential or small things to improve: the brush attachments can no longer be marked in color, as is desirable from 2 people. I have then quite simply at the shaft of the attachment with a small drill, max. 1mm diameter, holes reingebohrt, so that the attachments are recognizable.
