Top quality
The product convinces me almost completely. Only the travel box disappointed me. The closure is so cheaply produced that this opens permanently by itself. From my point of view, therefore, absolutely unusable.
What I would like to highlight is the battery capacity. The toothbrush lasts at least 1 month with me.Pro

Dies just after warranty expires
I think Philips have mastered the concept of programmed obsolescence perfectly.
We use 4 Sonicares all the time and they die at regular intervals as soon as they're out of warranty.
It's a very, very good product, but in terms of repairability and durability it's a disaster.
They can't be repaired, they're replaced even when they're returned to the support.Pro

Actually very good...
It's annoying that Philips still sells its very good toothbrush without the option of changing the battery. The mechanism broke on my old one (Sonicare) and the battery on my girlfriend's. We could have made one out of two, but now we have to throw them both away completely.
