Very good but could have done better
This is my 4th Panasonic recorder.
Very happy overall BUT BIG BAD POINT impossible to output DTS-HD sound on both HDMI outputs despite buying 28 GBPS HDMI cable. In principle 1 picture/sound output and 1 sound output.
As soon as I connect the 2 cables, the sound output becomes PCM, if I remove one of the two cables the sound output is DTS-HD!!! .... spent hours trying everything without result it's illogical...Pro

Expectation not quite fulfilled because CATV recording not possible.
Picture and sound very good when playing DVD and Blu ray Disc. Annoying: Constantly searches for TV channels! But unfortunately it does not work with Swisscom TV box!

Too complicated operating instructions
High quality product
The first experiences are very positive in terms of image quality. The settings (recording, others, ...) could be a little more intuitive, but you get used to them quite quickly. On the other hand, access to the internet is very laborious (although it would be enough to adopt the Android system as it is).
