Good switch, keeps what it promises and has many options for all kinds of settings what the heart so desires.
The only negative point is the fan. The switch has relatively few ports and is therefore more likely to be used in small offices or at home and the fan is just penetratingly loud but is just as always a matter of perception. For the price rather incomprehensible that one does not what quieter pure.
There would be the option to throw away the Life Time Warranty which is not an option for me but I found it on the internet and install one or two fans.
As I saw this on one site you can change the fan and would have room to put another in internally so the flow goes over the components you want to cool. A good candidate would be the Noctua: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/noctua-nf-a4x20-pwm-40mm-1x-pc-luefter-6399990
This way you would have a much quieter fan and a little less airflow(draft) so two make sense. One at the place where the old one was and one for the ventilation inside on the photos of one side you can see that it would have space.
Per Y piece the two fans to the header.
The built in fan has 12v and 0.12A, Noctua is at 12v and 0.05A so with two fans you would be at 12v and 0.1A. But as I said the life time warranty is then over because it goes beyond the legal warranty out (lifetime).

Thanks to the good selection of ports, many application scenarios are possible without having to reach for a more expensive 10 GBe only switch. 2.5 GBe is ideal for fast Wifi 6 AP and 5 GBe/10GBe for PCs and NAS as an example.

To my knowledge the cheapest multigigabit smart managed switch with 4 ports > 1 Gb/s and 4 ports with 1 Gb/s .
Even for experienced laymen an optimal parameterization is not quite easy in view of the countless possibilities.
