I bought these floorstanding speakers as front speakers. They are very dominant! In sound and also because of their size. In terms of sound volume, they are simply ingenious. Great sound! Great bass! Actually, there is no need for an additional subwoofer. I ordered the Hama speaker cables (2.50mm²). Connected to my network receiver (Sony, STR-DN 1060). Very good price/performance ratio! At first I had a little trouble because of the size of the speakers and whether they would fit into my home. But now I am absolutely thrilled with the bass and the sound and I don't want to give them away anymore!

Bought these speakers on sale to complete my new 5.0 audio system.
Since I bought a Dali centre (Opticon series, 4 Ohm, 90 dB), I really wanted to buy 4 Ohm LR floorstanding speakers with the similar sensitivity (should deviate max +/- 2 dB), because Dali's Opticon 5/6 were clearly too expensive for me at 750 and 1000 per piece respectively!
I am very satisfied with the price/performance (especially acoustics and level stability) of these speakers over the entire frequency range!
Most importantly, they fit into the whole speaker system very well. There is a small difference in sound quality between the Dali Opticon and the Magnat Shadow, but it doesn't quite match the price difference!
The only thing I noticed with these speakers is the high probability of hum loop reproduction (don't know in which frequency range), which just hit me.
With my old JBL and DALI speakers I could not observe this effect (but these have a smaller frequency range). Unfortunately, I cannot say whether it is due to suboptimal cabling (power/HDMI/speaker cables).
Maybe someone knows more about this and could post some advice?

Good living room speakers that produce a relatively good sound. However, the bass is a little weak. Not in the sense that it is weak, but more like it has a slight reverberation.
The bass frequencies do not react so optimally and you therefore get a not really accurate bass reproduction, which is unfortunately somewhat disadvantageous especially with short kicks in rock music, short notes of bass players and with short strokes of the lower notes in piano music.
I suppose this is simply because they are bass reflex speakers and the drivers are not really suitable for bass, which is compensated for by the reflex design.
When I noticed this I did an explicit face2face test and comparison with my 25 year old Heco speakers and other studio speakers and unfortunately this was far too audible. The Heco and studio speakers stopped the bass immediately, while the Magnat speakers reverberated a bit more.
Otherwise, very suitable for listening to almost all styles of music. I suppose a "normal" listener wouldn't even notice this. Apart from that, I am quite satisfied with the speakers for the living room.

The speakers are supplied with rubber feet and spikes.
The depth of the speakers should not be neglected and a minimum of 10 cm of space should be left against the wall.
I connected the cables to the top terminals as indicated in the manual, replacing the metal strip with cables.
The sound is really good.
